Our 5 Step Process
I. Collect Referrals
In this step, the program reaches out to various sources such as correctional facilities, community organizations, social service agencies, and individuals to collect referrals of individuals who could benefit from the coaching and consulting services provided by Threat to Thriving Inc.
II. Initial Assessment
Upon receiving referrals, the program conducts initial assessments to gather information about the individual's background, needs, goals, and challenges related to reentry.
III. Full Assessment & Engagement
Building on the initial assessment, the program conducts a more comprehensive assessment to delve deeper into the participant's strengths, resources, risk factors, and areas for growth.

IV. Intervention Plan
Based on the findings from the initial and full assessments, the program collaborates with the participant to develop a customized intervention plan aimed at addressing their specific needs and goals.
V. Measurement and Outcomes
In the final step, the program measures the outcomes of the intervention by tracking progress towards established goals and assessing the impact of the coaching and consulting services on the participant's reentry journey.
